Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Guanajuato. I loved every detail about my such great stay here during 1 night. Lots of supplies in the room : central heating, a writing desk and an iron. The hotel itself was in a very nice area, close to the international airport of bajio, the historical center, downtown.

Excellant stuff and extremely spacious rooms, we had a relaxing experience. The bed was very comfy and it was great having climate control, a writing desk and a hairdryer. Did n't expect to get wake up service for nothing, you guys rock. We thoroughly enjoyed staying 10 nights here.

Friendly attentive staff and room was upscale and panoramic. They made my stay brilliant. The buffet breakfast was more than adequate, staff offered hot waffles, cakes, eggs and cheese. Just a walk down to the pristine beach. Pool was lovely and there was a popular restaurant on site.
